We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site.

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, subscribe, or download a resource, we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and any message you write.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page you came from, and the pages you view. When you submit a form we also record the page it came from and any campaign parameters in the link, so we know which content brought you in.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you do not send it to us through the site.

To reply to your inquiries and provide the resources you request, such as emailing you a download link.

To send communications you have opted into, such as updates about our work. You can unsubscribe at any time.

To understand how the site is used, with privacy-respecting analytics, so we can improve it.

To keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We do rely on a small set of trusted service providers to operate the site and deliver our work: hosting and infrastructure, our database, transactional email, analytics, and internal tools that route new inquiries to our team. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We use a small number of cookies. Some are strictly necessary for the site to function. Others support analytics that tell us, in aggregate, which pages are useful.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and careful handling of secrets. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Generative Labs is based in the United States, and your information is processed here. If you visit from outside the US, you are sending your information to the US.

The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below, and significant changes will be reflected on this page.
