Lena is the operational backbone of every Generative Labs engagement. She owns the day-to-day — sprint cadence, client communication, blockers, and handoffs between humans and agents.

Before Generative Labs, she spent a decade leading delivery at product studios and enterprise consultancies, shipping everything from MVPs to platform migrations. She’s worked across healthcare, fintech, and B2B SaaS — always at the intersection of technical teams and business stakeholders.

She doesn’t manage projects. She runs them. There’s a difference.
